Rock Candy

Large white rock Candy crystals. They are one of the types of rock Candy that grow in motion. The highly concentrated sugar solution is constantly stirred in the crystallizer. The addition of stimulating crystals creates a cycle that allows the solution to flow from bottom to top. This allows the crystals to grow evenly and, over the course of about 3 weeks, reach the ideal shape of the Kluntje.
