Rooibos tea/Honeybush

Rooibos tea (also known as rooitea / red bush / rooibos tea) is the national drink of South Africa. The pleasant reddish color and the fruity-sweet taste of the drink, which is also suitable for children, are created by fermenting the harvested rooibos leaves. Green rooibos tea is the milder, non-fermented variant. Honeybush tea (also called honeybush tea, mountain tea or Cape tea) also comes from South Africa. Honeybush tea contains little tannin and no theine - a suitable drink for the evening hours too.
