11g tea leaves (approx. 5 level teaspoons) in 200ml soft boiling water; let it steep for 2 minutes. Ideal: Pour the concentrate over ice cubes in the iced teapot into a sieve. Fill the cold-shocked drink with cold water to 1 liter.
