11g tea leaves (5 level Teelamass) in 200ml soft boiling water; let it steep for 2 minutes. Ideal: Pour the concentrate over ice cubes in the iced teapot into a sieve. Fill the cold-shocked drink with cold water to 1 liter. Also good: Without ice cubes, pour the concentrate through a sieve into the iced teapot and fill it with cold water to 1 liter; if necessary, let it cool further in the refrigerator. You can add sugar to taste.
