The porcelain bamboo whisk holder signifitintly extends the life of the chasen (bamboo whisk). Rinse the bamboo whisk with warm water after use and then place it on the chasen holder. This way the bamboo whisk will retain its typical shape for a long time. Please note that the whisk holders may vary slightly in thickness as they are handmade.
